born in utah, raised in arizona, i came to the northwest nearly 12 years ago, and currently reside in seattle. i attended fashion design school here, and worked corporately for nearly 4 years designing clothing for kids at nordstrom. i’ve always had a penchant for handbags, and have sewn all my life.  i decided to combine my passion and my knowledge, and make bags.

my current inspirations are easy to find: i love looking at bags and containers, old suitcases, and shopping for vintage fabric, gloves and scarves. when i’m not hunting down that next vintage find (or sewing), i’m hanging out with my husband and our friends. i love to cook new things, dance around to abba, laugh and read.
